Information, not medical advice
This website describes Medicar's services in general terms. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose suitability or replace instructions from a responsible clinician.
No emergency response
Medicar provides planned non-emergency adult transport. Do not use the website or enquiry form for an emergency. Call 999 where urgent medical assistance is needed.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending a form or receiving an estimate does not create a booking. A journey is accepted only when Medicar has completed the required assessment and issued confirmation. Prices can change if information, timing, access, route or requirements change.
Accuracy
Medicar takes reasonable care over website information but vehicle, staffing, equipment, coverage and availability can change. Journey-specific confirmation takes priority over general website wording.
Intellectual property
Website text, design, branding and original images belong to Medicar or are used with permission. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
External services
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their availability, security and content are controlled by those providers.
